by purchasing art from me you automatically agree to my terms.

commissions are not fcfs. i have the right to decline any commission request, and throughout any stage of the process.

i still own all rights to my work and may use them for self-promotion and may upload to social media or galleries. if you would like me to keep your commission private, please let me know ahead of time.

I allow changes of the sketch for free, but not an absurd amount.

please be specific with any changes you would like early on.

after sketch, additional changes may be made with a fee unless it is an error on my part (ex. aspects of illustration are not accurate to reference.)

please have payment method ready before commissioning me.

turnaround is about 1-4 weeks. if i think i may take longer than expected, i will let you know ahead of time.

payment must be sent in full after you have confirmed you are happy with the sketch.

you may contact me through Toyhouse, Chicken smoothie, Ko-fi or Email.

please do not ask me for updates on your commissioned illustration unless my trello has not updated in a significant amount of time or i have told you personally it was okay ahead of time.

don't be afraid to ask me any questions you may have!

client may use their commissioned work for any personal use such as stickers and prints. client may also post commissioned online as long as it is credited to me properly.

client may not profit off of my work or use for commercial reasons.

my work may not be used for NFT or AI purposes for any reason.
